Leicester City will be unable to use Kelechi Iheanacho for their Europa League clash with Lygia Warsaw after document problems led to him being quarantined following his arrival in Poland.

Iheanacho is on a plane to Poland with his Leicester City team-mates for their UEFA Europa League clash with Legia Warsaw on Thursday. 

However, the 24-year-old spearhead was not allowed to leave the field to enter the hotel with his friends. Because there is a problem with the document

“We have a problem with Kelechi’s case. His entry documents are insufficient. It is unfortunate that he cannot play which is a pity.” 

“Documents do not allow him to enter the country, which is unfortunate. We’ll look at it again when we’re back,” Rodgers said.
