Jamie Redknapp rips into three Chelsea stars after collapse to Aston Villa

Jamie Redknapp has single out three Chelsea players for criticism following Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at Aston Villa in the Premier League.

The Blues took the lead at Villa Park thanks to เล่นเกมคาสิโน UFABET ทันสมัย ฝากถอนง่าย Enzo Fernandez but Enzo Mareca’s side suffered a dramatic collapse as the hosts won it in the 89th minute.

Chelsea goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen was guilty of making a howler for Marco Asensio’s second goal with the ball squirming through his body.

That saw football pundit Redknapp slam Jorgensen after the match along with Chelsea’s two centre backs – Levi Colwill and Tosin Adarabioyo.

Speaking about Jorgensen on former Liverpool star Redknapp said: ‘He (Asensio) gets a good connection on it but like you say, he (Jorgensen) won’t want to see that again.

‘It’s awful goalkeeping. And they’ve obviously had a problem because both of them (Jorgensen and Robert Sanchez) have made horrendous mistakes this year.

‘He hits it through. He’s got a lot of time to see it. He’s watching it, he’s watching it. I mean, it’s just horrible.

‘It’s horrible for him. It’s just one of those. I mean, I can only imagine how he feels in that dressing room now that everyone makes mistakes.

‘But when it’s a goalkeeper, it just obviously makes it so much worse. And he’ll be feeling like this was my big opportunity. What a chance I’ve got. Sanchez has bang out of form.

‘He’s probably sitting on the bench for ages watching and thinking, give me a chance. He’s given one and obviously today, it hasn’t gone his way.’

Redknapp then rippe into Chelsea’s central defenders Colwill and Tosin, with the latter introduce from the bench after just eight minutes following an early injury to Trevoh Chalobah.

‘Second half, that little bit of inexperience, bit of naivety, defending, putting your body on the line… when I talk about Colwill and Tosin, when that ball goes past you, you’ve got to follow that in and defend for your lives and I just don’t get that feeling right now,’ Redknapp adde.

‘They’re nice when it’s all pretty and you’re on the ball, passing it out, but that’s not the art of defending. When you look at the really good teams who defend, the two centre-backs are obviously key to that.

‘The first thing they do is defend really well and the rest of it, yes, they are nice players [on the ball]. But not first. They defend first.’
